The restaurant&#8217;s sensual and minimalist orange-and-white decor features high-back chairs and cushioned banquettes beneath recessed halogen lights. The menu uses many local, sustainable ingredients prepared California-French fashion, resulting in complex flavors and strong aromas. The lamb might be dressed with wilted spinach and feta cheese, while the sea bass might be served with a green-olive and blood-orange relish. You can build your own four- to six-course tasting menu, with or without pairings from the very strong wine list, or order \u00e0 la carte.
